Full Itinerary
 

Day 1: Arrival in Saigon
Upon arrive in Saigon, our guide will meet you at the airport and transfer to our hotel. The rest of the day is free for relaxing until enjoy a welcome dinner.
Overnight in Saigon.

Day 2: Half day excursion to Cu Chi Tunnel
Morning is free at leisure.
Afternoon we drive out to visit Cu Chi, which is located about 75 km northwest of Saigon. The tunnels were part of an underground network that was built by the Vietcong during the American War. Return Saigon about dinner time.

Day 3: Saigon at leisure
The entire day is free to soak in all that Saigon has to offer. Perhaps take an optional tour to the Mekong delta (8 hours).

Day 4: Saigon  Phan Thiet beach relaxation
Leave Ho Chi Minh City by road for Phan Thiet Mui Ne beach. The scenic 200km drive north on Highway 1 passes through the bustling city of Bien Hoa before cutting through dense rubber plantations. Nearer to Phan Thiet the terrain changes to arid semi-desert with cactus plants and strange looking dragon fruit trees. Arrive in Phan Thiet in the late morning and check into resort. The rest of day is free to relax by the pool or on the sandy beach.

Day 5: Mui Ne Beach relaxation
A full day at leisure in the resort or on the beach. For the more active, golf, fishing and sand dune visiting is available nearby.

Day 6: Fly to Danang
The morning is at leisure before checking out around noon and heading back to Saigon airport to catch the short flight to the central port city of Danang. On arrival in Danang transfer to Hoi An, a major Asian trading port in the 17th and 18th centuries whose architecture and relaxed lifestyle has changed little over the years.

Day 7: Hoian at leisure
A full day at leisure in Hoian ancient town. We can take a walking tour to discover this charming town by our own way. We can visit some old merchants houses, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, and the coloful local markets or even hire a bicycle to ride to the nearby Cua Dai beach.
Overnight in Hoian.

Day 8: Hue: The ancient Imperial city
After breakfast, we drive across the spectacular Hai Van pass and the scenic fishing village of Lang Co to Hue, the ancient Imperial city of Nguyen's Dynasty.
After check-in we have a short break before head on to the see the Imperial Citadel with your guide. The Imperial Citadel is an impressive complex, first built in 17th century based on the ancient practice of geomancy. It was divided into three parts the Common City, the Imperial City, and the Forbidden City. We also have time to visit the completely different Khai Dinh royal burial place, flanked with a grandiose dragon staircase leading to its European-like castle built in the 1930. Khai Dinh was the father of Emperor Bao Dai, and his tomb was completed in 1931.
Overnight in Hue . 

Day 9: Hue - Hanoi
The morning is at leisure before checking out around noon and transfer to Hue airport for the short flight to Hanoi, the modern day capital of Vietnam.
Upon arrival, we transfer to our centrally located hotel in Hanoi.

Day 10: Hanoi half day sightseeing Cyclo ride & water puppet show
Morning, you are free for your own discovery.
Afternoon, we will visit one of the most interesting shrines in Hanoi is the Temple of Literature, called œLe Pagoda des Corbeaux by the French, because of the huge flocks of crows gathering in the mango trees near the entrance.  Built in 1070, the complex consists of five courtyards dedicated to Confucius and the pursuit of Confucian thought and behavior.  It is here that Vietnam first university was founded. 
We then enjoy a cyclo ride to the Hanoi Old Quarter. Here many tiny streets join to sell a huge diversity of products.  In the old days, each street bore the name of the product sold Shoe Street, Noodle Street and the like.  Today, the streets sometimes sell a variety of items, but often the names are accurate.  The Old Quarter also houses some of the most interesting art galleries and fashion houses.
Leaving the cyclo tour, we will walk around the Restored Sword Lake in the middle of the city and visit Ngoc Son pagoda. Continuing attend a performance of the Hanoi Water Puppets.

Day 11: Hanoi at leisure
The entire day is free or perhaps take a short excursion to the Halong bay (10 hours) or Hoa Lu - Tam Coc caves (8 hours) or Perfume pagoda (8 hours)

Day 12: Hanoi departure
Departure day. At leisure until transfer to airport for onward flight.
