Will I pay a charge for amending my booking?

I have booked a holiday, can I change the name of one of the passengers?
Yes, however there is a charge for this which is dependent on when you are travelling. Please contact our Call Centre on 0084-982286144  and one of our consultants will be happy to help you. Please have your booking reference to hand.

Can I make amendments to my holiday?
Yes, you can amend your booking. However please note that there is usually an 'amendment fee' for each person named on the booking and for every booking detail which you change. Please refer to our example booking terms and conditions for more information and charges. Itinerary changes (to departure date, airport, flight time, duration, destination or accommodation) are subject to the availability status at the time you amend your booking.

You can make many amendments to your booking online via our Manage My Booking service. This service is only available to customers who have booked at First Choice or in one of our First Choice shops. Amendments to the following booking types cannot be made online - you must contact us by phone on the below number:

Can I add an extra person onto my package holiday booking?
Yes. To add another passenger onto your holiday booking, please call our after-sales team who will provide you with a quote for the additional person, on  0084-982286144

Car hire - changing the driver
What if I want to change the driver's name?

If you have purchased car hire with your holiday package, the leading passenger name on the booking will be listed as the driver. You can change this at any time by calling us on 0084-982286144 or by emailing us using the form on the contact us page.
